Artisan Collective Christmas Fair coming to Beaulieu

ARTISAN producers, designers, creators and makers will be in the spotlight during a three-day outdoor Christmas fair at Beaulieu from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th December.

The Artisan Collective Christmas Fair is billed as a three-day outdoor festive shopping extravaganza, showcasing over 70 hand-picked artisan gift, food and drink producers and brands. Admission to the fair in included in the Beaulieu attraction entry price.

Set against the festive backdrop of Palace House, the event will feature daily appearances from Father Christmas who will be handing out gifts to children from one of the National Motor Museum’s classic cars.

Fair spokesperson Rachel Poletti-Gadd said: “The fair will be a celebration of all things Christmas – terrific festive food and drink, merry music, the kind of unique gift shopping you just don’t get on the high street and the beautiful and historic Beaulieu to explore with friends and family.”

The fair will boast a selection of some of the region’s best food and drink producers including the New Forest Tea Co, Wicked Fudge and Churros Garcia, as well as a range of street food vendors serving up heritage breed hotdogs, tasty wraps and vegan treats.

To set the scene, Beaulieu will be festooned with lights and sparkle and there will be live music throughout the weekend from the Beaulieu Warblers, the Santa Babies and Adam Christopher.

Palace House will sparkle with festive decorations inspired by the Victorian era with roaring fires and a Christmas tree in every room as well as a towering 20ft centrepiece tree in the main hall.

The Little Beaulieu children’s adventure playground will also undergo a festive transformation.
