SUMMERTIME feasting will take centre stage at Lime Wood Hotel near Lyndhurst as a series of guest chefs pop-up in a new outdoor restaurant.

The luxury boutique hotel has announced a roster of guest chefs including Valentine Warner, Julius Roberts, Jorge Paredes, Tom Brown and Jess Filbey for the special programme of relaxed Sunday afternoon feasting events at HH&Co Forest Kitchen.

Focusing on fire-led cooking, exceptional ingredients, and seasonal dishes, the events will be set beneath the cedar trees on the lawn.

On Sunday 29th June Valentine Warner and Julius Roberts will join the team for Earth, Fire and Feast. Hailed as true champions of nature’s pantry, Julius is a farm-to-table chef and Valentine is a master of wild ingredients. Together, they will create a menu celebrating the raw, untamed flavours of wild land.

On Sunday 13th July Jorge Paredes, head chef at OMA in Borough Market, will host Meat, Fire & Feast, taking inspiration from the Greek isles. Since opening in April 2024, OMA has been awarded a Michelin star and was named ‘Opening of the Year’ in the Michelin guide, with Jorge at the helm. He will bring his signature style of seasonal fire cooking and bold Mediterranean flavours to the forest.

Michelin-starred chef Tom Brown will visit the Forest Kitchen on Sunday 24th August for Fish, Fire & Feast. Originally from Cornwall, Tom is a protégé of acclaimed Cornish chef Nathan Outlaw and now runs the Pearly Queen oyster bar and seafood restaurant in Shoreditch.

The summer of cook outs will conclude on Sunday 7th September, when Jessica Fibey joins the team for Wild, Fire & Feast. The chef at London’s Portobello Road hangout Canteen, Jess will be trading her pasta rollers for open flame, bringing her signature mix of casual elegance, seasonal precision, and unfussy brilliance.

All Forest Kitchen lunches start at 2pm with nibbles, drinks and live music. There will then be a chance to meet the chefs and enjoy a leisurely lunch before the events wrap up around 6pm.

Tickets are priced £160 and include nibbles and an aperitif, a four-course lunch and a selection of complimenting wines and drinks. To find out more visit www.limewoodhotel.co.uk
