Shorefield Holidays opens Jubilee Gardens development
A new gated development of luxury holiday homes has opened at Shorefield Holiday Park in Milford, with price tags of up to £600,000.
With 30 plots, ranging in cost from £299,995 to £599,995, the gated Jubilee Gardens site boasts a range of two and three bedroom lodges, each with a double parking space and an EV charging point. The site has electric gated access and is a short walk from the beach at Milford.
Shorefield was launched in 1958 by Dr. Robert Pollock, and is still a family-run business which now welcomes more than 100,000 visitors a year. The site already boosts more than 650 lodge and caravan owners as well as a number of holiday homes that are retained for holiday rentals.
The lodges include all furnishings, integrated kitchen appliances and decking, with option extra s such as pergolas and outdoor kitchens.
