Appeal over shepherd's hut holiday accommodation in Milford

A MILFORD landowner who installed a shepherd's hut for use as holiday accommodation has appealed against enforcement action by New Forest District Council to have it removed.

The site south of Oakbridge House in Lymore Valley, used as agricultural land, also has an unapproved vehicular access, paths and hardstanding as well as one-metre-high fencing.
