A MILFORD landowner who installed a shepherd's hut for use as holiday accommodation has appealed against enforcement action by New Forest District Council to have it removed.
The site south of Oakbridge House in Lymore Valley, used as agricultural land, also has an unapproved vehicular access, paths and hardstanding as well as one-metre-high fencing.
NFDC has ordered the shepherd's hut be removed and the land be returned to its original condition.
The appeal will be dealt by written representations sent to the Planning Inspectorate at Bristol by 9th May.
