Appeal over NFDC refusal to build bungalow and garage on Park Lane in Marchwood

AN APPEAL has been launched against New Forest District Council’s refusal to allow a detached bungalow and garage in Marchwood.

Natasha Dickens wants the development on land adjacent to Sattva in Park Lane, but NFDC said it would result in an “unduly cramped form of development”.

It also cited unacceptable recreational and air quality impacts on nature conservation sites.

Ms Dickens’ challenge will be decided through written representations, which should be sent to the Planning Inspectorate at Bristol by 14th June.
