CCTV: Man on bicycle sought by police after woman sworn at and car mirror smashed at Hythe library car park
POLICE have released a CCTV picture of a cyclist sought after a woman was abused and had her car wing mirror smashed in Hythe.
A man targeted the victim, who is in her 20s, at Hythe library car park between 2.40pm and 2.55pm on Monday 12th May.
It’s reported he swore at her and then punched her car wing mirror, breaking the glass.
The man officers want to speak to is white, in his 20s, about 5ft 9in tall, of large build, with brown hair, and facial hair.
A Hampshire force spokesperson said: “We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.
“If you were in the area at the time of the incident and witnessed anything of it, or you think you may know the identity of the man described above, please contact 101 and quote incident number 44250207272.
“We’d also like to hear from you if you have any footage of the incident, including CCTV, dash cam, mobile phone or doorbell camera.”
