Chewton Glen Hotel’s Spa named best Spa Retreat in the country in the Luxury Spa Edit Awards.

A BARTON hotel has won a top national award for its spa.

The Chewton Glen was named Best Spa Retreat in the country in the Luxury Spa Edit Awards after being voted for by the public.

The five-star hotel was said to have a “commitment to creating extraordinary guest experiences and industry-leading wellbeing journeys”.

These include “trailblazing” hair and scalp health treatments in partnership with Monpure, to “transformational” programmes that celebrate the “healing powers of the ocean with The Saltwater Sauna and SEABODY”.

The spa boasts a Roman colonnade 17-metre indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, outside hot tub, 10-metre outdoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, air-conditioned gym, two purpose built fitness studios and a pool bar.

The spa is open to residents and non-residents offering a range of packages, while the gym also has memberships available.
