A CHRISTCHURCH man who admitted a racially aggravated assault has been ordered to pay £250 compensation.
Luke Johnson (20) of Mill Road committed the offence in the town on 29th August last year.
Despite initially denying the offence, Johnson changed his plea to guilty when he appeared for trial at Poole Magistrates' Court on Monday. He was also ordered to pay a fine of £400.
Two other counts of assault which took place on the same day were dismissed due to a lack of evidence.
