Churchill second in Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for

A RETIREMENT homes developer in Ringwood has been ranked number two in The Sunday Times’ top 100 Best Companies To Work For 2019 awards.

Churchill Retirement Living also won a special Wellbeing Award in recognition of its leading approach to looking after its staff’s health and wellbeing.

The company’s regular social events and free health checks were highlighted, along with the confidential colleague support line. Employees are even given a day off on their birthdays.

The company has appeared in the top 100 on eight previous occasions and also appeared for the fourth time in the Top 100 Best Medium-Sized Companies To Work For. It was once again the only housebuilder to feature on the list.
