Cocaine-driver banned from roads for 18 months by magistrates
A MAN who drove a car while under the influence of cocaine was banned from driving for 18 months by Poole magistrates.
Kim Bondsfield (37), of Everest Road, Christchurch, was stopped by police in the town on 6th September last year.
He was also found to have a defective tyre on his car.
Bondsfield was also accused of damaging a car belonging to Kenneth Baker in Christchurch on 25th November 2018.
On 28th February this year he was found to be driving a car in the town having taken cocaine and a month later, on 14th March, he committed the same offence in Bournemouth.
Kim Bondsfield pleaded guilty to all offences when he appeared at court where he was fined a total of £237 and given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for a year.
He was also ordered to undergo a rehabilitation programme and pay costs of £200.
