A SIGNALLING problem is expected to cause disruption for rail passengers travelling between Beaulieu Road and Brockenhurst for the rest of today (Tuesday).

South Western Railway has warned that trains running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised while running at reduced speed on the line towards Bournemouth.

“We have been informed of a signalling problem between Beaulieu Road and Brockenhurst,” a spokesperson said.

“This means that trains passing through these stations will be talked past by the signaller as a matter of precaution. As a result, delays may occur.

“For further information or onward travel advice please speak to a member of staff or use a station help point.

“We are very sorry for any delay that this may cause to your journey.”
