Totton man Wayne Bambrough banned from roads over driving offences




A TOTTON man was banned from the roads for two-and-a-half years after admitting driving offences.

Wayne Bambrough (45), of Shelley Road, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra while disqualified and without insurance in Shelley Road on 4th September last year.

He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to Southampton Magistrates’ Court custody after being released on bail by the police following his offending.

In addition to a 30-month driving ban, magistrates ordered Bambrough to complete six months of alcohol treatment and 10 days of rehabilitation activities.

He was also fined £120 and was ordered to pay £85 costs.
