It happened at the home of Jacqui Head, who said: “She is really lucky to be alive. A taxi driver who lives over the road and another man rushed over when it happened and were able to get her out. I wasn’t at home at the time, but understand the car went over the wall and tipped onto its side.”

She added: “Thank goodness nothing serious happened, although it will be rather costly now for me to sort out some of the damage.” My grand-daughter Jade, called me about it while I was Christmas shopping, so I rushed home and was rather surprised to find the car on our driveway!”
