Fears for welfare of missing Rom Diaz Bezerra De Cammaso last seen in St Leonards, near Ringwood




THERE are concerns for the welfare of a man who went missing near Ringwood yesterday (Monday) morning.

Police have launched an appeal to help find Rom Diaz Bezerra De Cammaso, who was last seen around 5am in the St Leonard’s area.

People are urged to get in touch if they have seen the 45-year-old, who is described as having short black curly hair and a beard.

He may be wearing a grey jumper and black jogging bottoms, and could be in his car, a white BMW X6 with the registration K50 ROM.

Insp. Gareth Bishop said: “We do have concerns for Rom’s welfare and we are looking to locate him as soon as possible so that we can make sure he is all right.

“I would urge anyone with information regarding Rom’s whereabouts to please contact us.

“I would also ask that members of the public report any sightings of the vehicle detailed above to police immediately.”

Insp. Bishop added: “Finally, I would like to make a direct plea to Rom: if you see this appeal to please make contact with us or your loved ones and let us know where you are. We all just want to check that you are okay.”
