Fordingbridge man due in court over alleged cannabis production
A FORDINGBRIDGE man is due to appear in court facing accusations of cannabis production and supply.
Thomas Farrant (29), of Tanners Lane, Sandleheath, will appear before Southampton magistrates on Tuesday 28th May, Hampshire Police revealed.
The force said the charges allege Farrant produced the class B drug and intended to supply it.
The action comes after officers from Fordingbridge’s Neighbourhood Policing Team executed a warrant at an address in Tanners Lane in late January.
A Hampshire Police spokesperson added: “If you have any concerns about drug-related activity where you live, then don’t assume that someone else will report it.
“Even the smallest piece of information can help us develop a clearer intelligence picture.”
Anyone with information should call police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
