Men sought by police after poaching report at New Forest Smokery & Trout Farm in Fordingbridge

POLICE have released pictures of two men they want to find after a report of fish poaching in Fordingbridge.

The incident at New Forest Smokery & Trout Farm in Ashford Road happened between 5.05pm and 5.15pm last Sunday.

A spokesperson for Hampshire police said: “We believe the men in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge them, or anyone who knows their identity, to get in touch with us.”

One is described as white, of large build and with dark brown hair. He was wearing a blue T-shirt with motif, and shorts.

The other male is of slim build, with mousy brown hair and was wearing a khaki tracksuit.

The spokesperson added: “If you witnessed anything of the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone or dash cam footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.”
