Hythe and Waterside Rotary invitation to join fundraising walk around Beaulieu estate

LOCALS are being invited to join Hythe and Waterside Rotary members for a fundraising walk around parts of the Beaulieu estate not normally open to the public.

The club is inviting residents to take part in its annual trek around the grounds on Sunday 25th June to raise money for their chosen charity or cause.

A Rotary club spokesperson said: "Thanks as always go to Lord Montagu, who kindly allows the walk to take place in parts of the Beaulieu estate not normally open to the public.

"Our thanks also go to the Countryside Education Trust, which support this event each year and donate the use of the Tree House, where refreshments are provided for all participants by Hythe and District Inner Wheel."

Participants are encouraged to set themselves a challenge for the walk, such as wearing fancy dress or a team kit, or conducting a bug hunt along the way. Dogs are also welcome.
