Latest New Forest National Park Authority planning applications and decisions




APPLICATIONS

THE following applications for planning permission were submitted to New Forest National Park Authority during the week ending Friday 14th February 2025.

Beaulieu

Outbuilding (storage and maintenance shed), landscaping, demolition of one outbuilding, Little Marsh House, Parkshore.

Carport with stores, Spearbed Copse, Dock Lane.

Application to vary condition 2 and 5 of planning permission 20/00489 for replacement dwelling with lap pool, two new outbuildings, walled vegetable garden, multiple solar panel arrays, extension of lake, new natural swimming pool, wildlife habitat, access alterations, associated landscaping, Little Marsh House, Parkshore.

Boldre

Single-storey extension (demolish existing), four dwelling windows, terrace, plant room, incidental outbuildings (demolish three existing outbuildings), 1 Pitts Deep Cottages, Sowley Lane, East End.

East Boldre

Single-storey rear extension, front porch, Markham, Main Road.

Exbury and Lepe

Change of use of redundant farm buildings to mix of incidental, B8 storage and class E use, to include: rebuild of milking parlour for incidental purposes, reduction in size of open, modern sheds, new access, extension to threshing barn for class E use, Lepe Farm Buildings, Lepe Road.

Lymington and Pennington

Application under section 37 of the electricity act 1989 and section 90(2) of the town and country planning act 1990 for two replacement electricity poles, Lymington (LYMI) E4L5 and Fletchwood (FLET) E8L5 11kV Circuits.

Minstead

Application under section 37 of the electricity act 1989 and section 90(2) of the town and country planning act 1990 for two replacement electricity poles, Lymington (LYMI) E4L5 and Fletchwood (FLET) E8L5 11kV Circuits.

Application under section 37 of the electricity act 1989 and section 90(2) of the town and country planning act 1990 to install and keep installed above ground an electric line of any voltage, Snooks Farm, Snooks Lane, Walhampton, Lymington.

Brockenhurst

Application under section 37 of the electricity act 1989 and section 90(2) of the town and country planning act 1990 for four replacement electricity poles, Arnewood-Hinchslea (Blue) overhead 33kV Network.
