Latest BCP Council planning applications and decisions for Christchurch




APPLICATIONS

The following applications for planning permission in Christchurch were submitted to BCP Council during the week ending Friday 29th November 2024.

Changing shop to dwelling living space, 42 Bridge Street.

Temporary erection of marquee (on a seasonal basis), The Boathouse, 9 Quay Road.

Building of lean-to partially replacing previously demolished lean-to, 18 Stanpit.

Retention of offices at first floor level class E(g)(1) and change of use of ground floor to sui generis use comprising photography and recording studio and associated storage, Wessex House, Groveley Road.

Non-material amendment to planning application 8/24/0004/HOU, removal of proposed rooflight from scheme due to flat ceiling being retained and enlargement of window size replacing garage door to full existing structural opening width, 1 Thistle Close, Mudeford.

GRANTED

Two-storey extension and remodel, Hillview, 15 Sandy Lane.

Single-storey rear extension, 18 Cedar Avenue.

Prior approval procedure, demolition of buildings on plot 601, Plot 601, Bournemouth International Airport, Hurn.

Change of use of shop to hot food takeaway, 338 Lymington Road, Highcliffe.

Enlargement of roof for first floor extension, two-storey front, side and rear extension, 78 Pauntley Road, Mudeford.

Rear ground floor extension, 2 Primrose Way, Mudeford.

FINALLY DISPOSED OF

The repair, restoration and conservation after fire damage, additional scope to include a new timber porch, a centrally located oval staircase and the re-purpose of the original stairway spaces, The Moorings, 109 Mudeford, Mudeford.

WITHDRAWN

Removal of condition 4 of application no. 8/20/0742/HOU for construction of enlarged replacement garage, condition 4 states garage to be used incidental to the residential use, the owner’s also use the space to provide pole fitness classes / demonstrations and it is also used as a flexible fitness, dance, relaxation and home-schooling area, 25 River Way.
