The following applications for planning permission in Christchurch were submitted to BCP Council during the week ending Friday 13th December 2024.

Single dwelling to be demolished and replaced with two new build houses, 6 Walcott Avenue.

The proposed works involve the replacement of two existing timber windows in our residential property, 33 Chewton Common Road, Highcliffe.

Two-storey side and rear extension with single-storey rear extension, 24 Castle Avenue, Highcliffe.

Single-storey rear extension - remove conservatory and raised decking, 39 Glenville Road, Highcliffe.

Demolish existing garage and dwelling, self build replacement dwelling, 4 Elphinstone Road, Highcliffe.

Extension to ground and first floor, extension to garden studio, existing consent - revised proposal to extend the dormer and add dormer window, 42 East Cliff Way, Mudeford.

Retrospective - non-material amendment to application 8/24/0060HOU so as to allow the installation of one obscured glazed window to en-suite, on side dormer at first floor level, 137 Stanpit, Mudeford.

Extension to ground and first floor, conversion and extension of garage, 4 Bure Haven Drive, Mudeford.

Listed building consent for the repair and repainting of rear and side elevations of hotel in grey and the rainwater goods, timber windows and doors repainted in white, 95 Christchurch Harbour Hotel, Mudeford.

LAWFUL

Application for a lawful development certificate for a proposed blocking up of garage door to form new window for converted garage, 4 Heath Road, Highcliffe.

Replace garage door with window and add three Velux windows, 28 Rodney Drive, Mudeford.

NOT LAWFUL

Application for lawful development certificate to demolish existing conservatory and construct a new single-storey extension together with covered area, 18 Abingdon Drive, Highcliffe.
