Letters: What did you think of our Christmas decorations?

SIR - May I through your paper thank all the volunteers and supporters that have ensured the success and continuation of the Christmas lights at Lyndhurst.

May I also congratulate the winners of the annual draw: 1st prize to Mrs Preston; 2nd to Mrs Messenger; and 3rd to Mrs Cummings.

I am fully aware that the display this year has been different but as people have become used to the changes it is pleasing to receive complementary comments as well as criticism.

The Lyndhurst Village Decorations Committee are committed to doing their best to enhance the village with additional effort at Christmas time.

Your continued support will also be welcomed on Sunday 12th January 2020 when everything will come down.
