Kenneth Chance of Lymington banned from the roads for three years for drug-driving




A LYMINGTON motorist caught at the wheel while nearly 13 times a drug-drive limit was banned from the roads for three years.

Kenneth Chance (42), of Hordle Lakes, committed the offence while travelling along Reading Road in Yateley with benzoylecgonine – the main metabolite of cocaine – in his system on 24th February.

He pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at Southampton Magistrates’ Court.

As well as the disqualification, Chance was fined £120 and told to pay £133 in court charges, which will be deducted from his benefits.
