Stephen Wolfe from Ashley handed discharge and told to pay out £111 for cannabis possession at Bournemouth railway station




AN Ashley man was caught in possession of cannabis at Bournemouth railway station, a court heard.

Stephen Wolfe (24), of Holly Lane, admitted committing the offence involving 36.24g of the class B controlled drug on 17th April 2024.

A district judge at Poole Magistrates’ Court handed him a 12-month conditional discharge and told him to pay £111 in court charges, to be deducted from his benefits.

The defendant was also ordered to forfeit the cannabis for destruction.
