Man charged with causing pedestrian's death in New Milton town centre

OFFICERS investigating a fatal collision in New Milton town centre early this year in which an 89-year-old pedestrian died have charged a man.

Margaret Fraser, of Waverley Road, New Milton, was killed in the incident involving a lorry on Station Road on 20th January.

Police have now charged Gary Horbury (57), of Ferndale Road, New Milton, with causing death by careless driving.
