Motorcyclist seriously hurt in crash on Fernhill Lane in New Milton

A MOTORCYCLIST was seriously hurt in an accident on Fernhill Lane in New Milton yesterday (Monday).

Police attended the scene of the collision involving a motorcycle and a car at around 5.20pm.

A spokesperson for Hampshire police confirmed today: “The motorcycle rider, a 22-year-old man from West End, suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Southampton General Hospital where he remains at this time.

"No arrests have been made.”
