Brook woman Julie Cook given three-year roads ban after refusing breath test and attacking officer

A MOTORIST who assaulted a police officer and refused to take a breathalyser test was banned from the roads for 36 months.
Julie Cook (47), of Brook, was stopped by police in Bournemouth on 19th April last year when she also attacked the constable.
Appearing at Poole Magistrates' Court, she pleaded guilty to both charges, plus driving with an expired licence.
In addition to the ban, Cook was also fined £200, ordered to pay £100 compensation to the PC and court charges of £85.
