Residents and traders invited to have their say at police beat surgery in New Milton Community Centre

New Milton residents and traders are invited to share their crime and policing concerns at a public meeting on Thursday evening.

PCSO Alan McCaffery, of the town’s neighbourhood policing team, will be on hand to answer questions at the surgery at 6.30pm in New Milton Community Centre on Osborne Road.

As reported in the A&T, New Milton’s beat surgeries have been blighted by poor turnouts in recent months. Only one member of the public attended one at the community centre last September.

Keen for a wide age range to attend, PCSO McCaffery previously warned: “If you don’t use it, you’re going to lose it.”
