New Milton Under-15 Ladies score 187 goals in undefeated season
NEW MILTON Town U15s Ladies have completed their unbeaten season with two league and three cup wins.
In 26 games, the side won 25 times, drawing only once. They scored 187 goals and conceded only nine in their unprecedented season.
Notable wins were the Hampshire County Cup final where they won 8-1 and the Southampton Divisional FA Cup, beating Eastleigh FC on both occasions.
Top goal scorer Emily Pitman celebrated her first season in the number nine shirt by netting 76 goals and was a constant thorn in the opposition's side.
Goalkeeper Tailamon and her solid defensive line kept most teams out and the midfield marshalled by Hammond, White and Exley have created plenty of scoring opportunities for Pitman and Kilby.
National stage
The team have been invited to the Aces tournament in Nottingham at the end of June which will test the girls on a national stage.
With over 15,000 players, managers and spectators attending, the tournament will feature the country's best teams and New Milton will be eager to take the title.
