NFDC planners rule Ringwood Manor’s stables Manor Hatch can be used as a home

PLANNERS have given the green light to plans to turn a former manor’s stables into a home.

Manor Hatch, which used to be a stable block for Ringwood Manor on Southampton Road, is a distinctive two-storey property with belfry topped with a weathervane, and previously housed a kitchen and bathroom business.

The application for change of use, together with removal of existing signs and window alterations, was submitted by Ken Parke Planning Consultants for Lynwood Park.

NFDC planners granted approval subject to conditions.
