Nathan James and Krzystof Misiura charged with conspiring to steal over alleged theft of digger on Christchurch Road in Ringwood




TWO men are set to appear in court accused of stealing a digger in Ringwood over a year ago.

The alleged theft of the vehicle took place at a site on Christchurch Road between 4th and 8th April 2024.

Nathan James (31), of Hurst Road in Ringwood; and Krzystof Misiura (42), of Cranbury Avenue in Southampton, were each charged with conspiring to steal.

James is next due to appear at Southampton Crown Court

James is next due to appear at Southampton Crown Court on Friday 20th June, and Misiura at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on Monday 21st July.
