Pedestrian (25) suffers life-threatening injuries in collision with car in Fawley




A PEDESTRIAN was left fighting for his life after a crash on a main road through Fawley yesterday (Monday) evening.

Police are looking for witnesses to the collision, which involved a black Vauxhall Zafira and took place around 6.15pm on the B3053 Fawley Road, near the Gang Warily Recreation Centre.

The casualty, a 25-year-old local man, was flown by air ambulance to hospital where he is being treated for life-threatening injuries, according to the Hampshire force.

A spokesperson said: “We would particularly like to speak to anyone with relevant dash cam or CCTV footage of the incident or the moments leading up to it.”
