Plan to demolish bungalow for three homes on Beaulieu Road in Christchurch




A PLAN has been submitted to BCP Council to demolish a three-bedroom chalet bungalow in Christchurch to make way for three houses.

Applicant Clive Griffin, who runs the Bournemouth-based surveying company RJ Griffin, wants to erect the three-bedroom properties in a semi-circle at 11 Beaulieu Road.

Each would come with an electric car charging point and cycle store.

An ecological report has revealed there are no wildlife habitats which would be disturbed by the development.
