POLICE are investigating a “disgusting” fly-tip which was found blocking a narrow road near Netley Marsh.

Pictures of the waste, discovered dumped at the junction of Eadens Lane and Winsor Road, were posted on a local force Facebook page on Saturday morning.

Officers are urging people to come forward if they can help trace the offenders responsible for it.

“It’s disgusting that people think it’s acceptable to dump rubbish like this, so help us catch them if you can,” the post said.
