A MEMBER of the school community at Priestlands in Pennington has become its second to test positive with coronavirus, the head has confirmed.

Headteacher Peter Main said the positive test result came last week but only a small number of those who had been in close contact with the person had been asked to self-isolate.

To minimise impact to students, work had been provided for them to access online.

The school had its first positive result on 29th October but as it was during half term no action was need, he added.
