Cigarettes and vapes stolen as raiders hit Shorefield Country Park in Milford, Wick’d Up Vapers in New Milton, The Original Vape Shop in Ringwood and Hordle Service Station




RAIDERS made off with a haul of cigarettes and vapes after targeting four shops across the New Forest.

A dark coloured vehicle with three occupants was spotted in the area at the time off all four incidents, which happened between 10.50pm and midnight last Tuesday.

Entry was gained and cigarettes taken at Shorefield Country Park, off Shorefield Road in Milford – crime reference: 44240268325.

Wick’d Up Vapers on Gore Road was broken into, and the raiders escaped with vapes and liquids – 44240268390.

The offenders also got into The Original Vape Shop on Monmouth Court in Ringwood, but nothing was stolen – 44240268359.

Also, a failed attempt was made to gain entry to Hordle Service Station on Silver Street – 44240268295.

A Hampshire police spokesperson said: “Our officers on the night shift worked extremely hard when these incidents were first reported to us.

“Their colleagues on the day shift, who have taken over from them, are doing likewise as they continue to investigate the incidents.

“Enquiries and are very much ongoing and we will be sure to keep you updated on any developments as and when we’re able to.”

People are urged to come forward if they have any information, as well as any relevant CCTV, doorbell camera, dash cam or mobile phone footage.
