Rehab order for Bashley man Damien Turner after attack on woman

A BASHLEY man who attacked a woman was told by magistrates to carry out community work.
Damien Turner (34), of St Johns Road, reversed his initial not guilty plea to a charge of assaulting the victim by beating in Christchurch on 21st August 2020.
He also admitted to failing to answer bail.
He was ordered by Poole magistrates to complete rehabilitation and 80 hours of unpaid community work, and pay £100 compensation to the victim and £395 in court charges.
