Serious injury in two-car collision at Copythorne




EMERGENCY services were called to Copythorne this morning (Friday) after a two-vehicle crash left a person with serious injuries.

A spokesperson for Hampshire police told the A&T it was called at 10.08am following the road collision on at the junction of Whitemoor Lane and the A31.

The spokesperson said: "This involved a green Land Rover Freelander and a black Ford Fiesta.

"One person suffered a serious but not life-threatening injury."

Officers attended and the road was closed while the vehicles were recovered.

It reopened just before 1pm.
