WATCH: Speedo Mick stops by for kind words about New Forest charity Olivia Inspires

CHARITY walker Speedo Mick stopped by for some kind words on New Forest charity Olivia Inspires when he passed through the area on his nationwide trek.

The fundraiser – real name Michael Cullen – is embarking on a 2,000-mile, five-month trek across the UK and Ireland dressed in a pair of tiny swimming trunks, and hit the New Forest over the weekend.

Launched in 2019, Olivia Inspires celebrates the memory of Milford 20-year-old Olivia Burt, who died in a horrific crush accident outside a nightclub in Durham, where she was a first-year natural sciences student.

The charity, which was set up by her parents Nigel and Paula, helps some of the most disadvantaged pupils in the New Forest district’s secondary schools and special education centres.

Nigel posted the video of his meeting with the addiction survivor on Twitter.

Speedo Mick's 'Giving Back Tour' has so far raised more than £80,000.
