Hythe man Terence Veal jailed for strangling victim in home




A MAN who admitted strangling a person at his Hythe home has been handed a prison sentence.

Terence Veal (29), of Abbey Close, committed the offence on 1st June.

He appeared at Southampton Crown Court to be sentenced after previously entering a guilty plea to one count of intentional strangulation.

Recorder Don Tait sentenced him to 18 months’ jail.
