Rio Hodgson (18) faces weapons charges after police stop-search in Totton

AN 18-year-old is set to appear in court charged with weapons-related offences.

Rio Hodgson, of Clydesdale Way, Totton is accused of possessing a knife in a public place and possessing an offensive weapon in a private place.

This comes after police carried out a stop and search in the area of Hanger Farm Park last Wednesday (12th) afternoon.

Hodgson was bailed to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 5th March.
