Teenager from Hythe sentenced at Poole Magistrates’ Court after admitting knife possession




A TEENAGER from Hythe has appeared in court after admitting possessing a knife in public.

The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was sentenced at Poole Magistrates’ Court following the incident, which took place in the town on 31st October last year.

He pleaded guilty to one count of possessing a bladed article in public and was handed a youth rehabilitation order, which includes a curfew between 9am and 7am daily for 10 weeks.

He must also undertake six rehabilitation requirement sessions.
