Three animals killed on the roads in the New Forest last week




THREE animals were killed in crashes with vehicles on New Forest roads last week, the verderers have reported.

The first, a dark grey filly foal, died on the B3054 at Hatchet Pond at about 4.50pm on Monday 12th December. Agister Robert Maton attended.

A colt foal wearing a reflective collar died on the B3080 at Turf Hill, near Hale, on Friday 16th December at 5.45pm. Agister Michael Lovell attended.

A jenny donkey was found dead at 8am on Sunday after a suspected hit-and-run on the B3078 Roger Penny Way at Crow's Nest, near Bramshaw. Agister Michael Maton attended.
