Met Office issues yellow alert for thunder to hit New Forest and Christchurch

THUNDER could be on its way back to the New Forest and Christchurch this evening (Wednesday) with the Met Office issuing another yellow warning.
The area was hit by some spectacular lightning shows over the weekend, and the national weather service is predicting similar weather later tonight.
It's warning of difficult driving conditions, road closures and public transport delays, along with power cuts.
There's also a "small chance" of flooding for homes and businesses, and the chance of lightning strikes.
The warning is in place from 7pm tonight to 3am tomorrow.
