New Milton’s free Summer Afternoons of Live Music concerts return to recreation ground




NEW Milton’s recreation ground is hosting another season of monthly free summer concerts.

The town council-organised Sunday 2pm to 4pm Summer Afternoons of Live Music events will see four bands take it in turns to appear at the performance pavilion on the green off Whitefield and Old Milton roads.

The season kicks off on 1st June with the Christchurch Royal British Legion Band.

On 6th July Groovemeister will play funk, soul and disco classics from the late ‘70s and early ‘80s.

Pop/rock covers band The Wiseguys performs on 3rd August, before popular tribute act Total Madness concludes the season on 7th September.
