HEAVY rain across the New Forest and Christchurch tomorrow (Friday) could cause travel disruption, the Met Office is warning.
The organisation has issued a yellow weather warning which runs from midnight until around 3pm.
As a result, spray and flooding on roads could make journey times longer, and bus and train services may also be affected.
The Met Office says around 10 to 15mm of rainfall is likely, with up to 30mm in a few locations.
It adds: “Give yourself the best chance of avoiding delays by checking road conditions if driving, or bus and train timetables, and amending your travel plans if necessary.”
