Win tickets to see The Gondoliers at the Christchurch Regent Centre
Competition closed
ONE of the most popular Gilbert and Sullivan operas, The Gondoliers, will be on stage at Christchurch Regent Centre next month.
Written in 1889, The Gondoliers was the 12th Gilbert and Sullivan collaboration which premiered at the famous Savoy Theatre in London.
This production, by Christchurch Gilbert and Sullivan Society, will be set in the early 1950s and is directed by Trevor King.
The production will see the cast of 35 put through their paces with swirling red capes in Dance a Cachucha and a rousing chorus of Just One Cornetto.
The Gondoliers will be on stage from Thursday 26th to Saturday 28th September and tickets are £16, but we’ve teamed up with the Regent Centre to give one lucky reader the chance to win a pair of tickets by answering the question in this week’s leisure competition.
For a chance to win simply pick up a copy of this week's A&T - 70p in the shops now. The competition closes on Friday 6th September.
