Letter: Tories failing on several fronts over Lymington police station plans

SIR – I read with interest your lead article, ‘We’ll keep fighting’ to stop flats bid, on Friday 25th November.
The consensus seemed to be that affordable homes were the best option, with which I concur, but this is not happening.
So if that’s the view of the Conservative councillor in a Conservative-run council about a site controlled by a Conservative police and crime commissioner, what does it say about the Conservatives’ ability to put local people first?
