Milford U10s’s manager Dan Mawer celebrates exceptional first-ever season

Milford U10s finished their first-ever season on Sunday with another win added to their outstanding record, finishing with an exceptional record with just one defeat all season.

The team was formed at the beginning of this season. The management team, consisting of three, shared their knowledge and began building the squad, entering the league with a bare minimum.

Manager Daniel Mawer: “I am incredibly proud of each and every one of the players. It was their first season playing together, and finishing with only one loss was amazing.

“They showed heart, teamwork, and determination every step of the way. It wasn’t just about the wins. The way they supported each other, pushed through challenges and grew as a team made this season so special.

“Watching them all come together and play with such passion was truly inspiring. I want them to hold their heads high – they accomplished something special.”
