Stewarts garden centre in Christchurch to host first ever Grill Fest event

WITH barbecue season fast approaching, many of us will be dreaming of fancy grill kits and premium pizza ovens.

As the warmer weather returns, lovers of al fresco dining in the comfort of their back gardens may want to book a spot at a Christchurch garden centre’s first ever festival celebrating outdoor cooking.

Stewarts will launch Grill Fest next month, with sizzling food, live music, cooking demos, and the chance to try before you buy on some of the hottest outdoor brands including Gozney, Weber, Traeger, Ooni, Kadai and YETI.

Guests can enjoy pizzas, flame-cooked barbecue food, cocktails by locally-based Conker, and brews from PIG BEER and Powder Monkey in Stewarts’ transformed backyard. There will also be face painting to keep the children happy.

Exclusive event-only offers will be up for grabs on cooking equipment and accessories by top brands, alongside money back with spends over £100.

There will be free samples of food from all suppliers showcasing and sample drinks, with more available to buy at the bar.

The festival runs over the weekend of 29th and 30th June, from 11am until 4pm on both days.

Tickets are priced £10 for adults until the 22nd June, and £2.50 for children.
