Police hunting for Pennington man Lewis Cooper appeal for help from the public

POLICE hunting for a wanted Pennington man are appealing to the public for help in finding him.

Lewis Cooper (21) is wanted on recall to prison, and officers say they have been carrying out "extensive enquiries" in an effort to find him.

He is described as white, around 5ft 7in tall, of slim build, with blonde hair.

A police spokesperson said: "We are now turning to the public for help. If you have seen him, or know where he is, please do not approach him but call us on 999 quoting reference 44230017350.

"We would like to remind people that anyone found to be harbouring Cooper to deliberately obstruct our attempts to locate him may be committing an offence and could be liable for arrest themselves."
